CarbReduce rice not so good
I bought this solely because of the CarbReduce Function. However, the rice was never cooked right. The top layer was hard but the bottom layer was soggy. I tried so many different level of water but still can’t get it right.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy using the Instant Pot. I have it for a while now. Most of our meals we serve with rice and now I’m able to cook large amounts of rice that comes out just perfect and tasting delicious every time. Also the keep warm feature is amazing, you can set how long to keep it warm. There is a cheat sheet for the measurements and directions on how to cook different rice and grains, which I still use. The timer comes in the last 5 minutes cooking and that actually works for me. I’ve cooked white rice, quinoa and rice with beans. I can’t wait to cook with the other setting.
